Here's a picture from back in '96. It was taken on Jan 1st at our frozen finger fun fly and I had just made the trip from a neighboring club. Temperature was 9°, trip was about 5 or 6 miles really but it took about 10 minutes. I launched and the model went immeadiatly rich. I thought I wasn't going to make it but it turned out I was the only one of 3 that made it. Later on July 4th a couple of us did the same trip with trainers and had no problems, well, other than we had to fly between waves of a storm.
